Job summary

Koitecc Solutions seeks a Director, Certifying Exam Administration to provide strategic and operational leadership for ABEM's high-stakes assessments. You will translate executive priorities into executable plans, ensure exam integrity, compliance, and a superior candidate and volunteer experience.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating readiness reviews, and managing budgets and vendor relationships to support reliable delivery across exam cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in program or exam administration or equivalent.
• 4+ years leading staff or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage high-stakes, multi-timeline programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with risk, change, stakeholder management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for recurring exams and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Translate executive priorities into executable program plans with milestones and ownership.
• Lead readiness reviews, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Direct cross-functional planning for exam administration, logistics, and staffing.
• Lead Certifying Exam administrations as Administrative Lead and ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee budget planning, vendor coordination, and expenditure oversight.
• Develop alternative models to address resource constraints and new modalities.
• Lead change management activities including training and adoption tracking.
