Technical Safety Services LLC seeks a Director, Report Quality & Delivery to lead a combined team of quality control specialists and technical writers. You will own end-to-end certification report quality across cleanrooms and other controlled environments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely customer delivery.

You will partner with Field Operations, Training, and IT to automate checks, improve data capture, and scale processes as the certification volume grows, with 10–25% travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical field.
• 3–6 years of management experience.
• Experience with TSS field services, testing/certification, and laboratory services.
• Experience with certification software platforms and report-generation systems.
• Experience with document control and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Familiarity with NSF/ANSI 49, ISO 14644, ASHRAE 110, USP, or CETA guidance.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and improving operational performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical information into customer-ready docs.
• Automation or technology-enabled process improvement is a plus.
• Domestic and international travel ~10–25%.

• Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time while preserving accuracy.
• Translate field procedures into clear, customer-ready documentation.
