Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Film/Television/Communications or related field
• 7+ years in content production with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record delivering high-quality content projects
• Strong understanding of Central US media landscape and relationships with production partners

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Central Region production team, ensuring alignment with content strategy and Red Bull brand objectives.
• Oversee development and execution of production plans, budgets, and timelines for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Producers and stakeholders to develop and refine content ideas, meeting Red Bull standards and audience expectations.
• Identify new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities.
• Ensure productions adhere to Production Management guidelines, including rights clearance, delivery standards, and metadata.
