Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center is seeking a Director of Catering Sales to lead the property's catering sales efforts in Montgomery, Alabama. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role combines hands-on leadership with strategic business development to close events and drive revenue.

You will coach a team of sales professionals, manage client relationships, and collaborate across departments to execute complex hotel events successfully.

Qualifications

• Progressive full-service hotel catering sales experience with demonstrated success developing and closing business.
• Track record of achieving catering, event, or food & beverage revenue goals.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
• Strong commercial instincts, including forecasting, pace, pricing, contracts, and revenue optimization.
