Culinaire, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Director of Catering for the Fort Worth Zoo to lead catering and sales for private events, corporate functions, weddings and other special occasions.

The role focuses on generating Food and Beverage sales, managing client relationships, coordinating event details, and driving revenue growth while guiding clients from initial inquiry to event execution with exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of catering, hospitality, event, or venue sales experience.
• Proven success meeting sales goals and growing revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with event management and CRM software preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.

The Fort Worth Zoo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Catering to lead catering and sales efforts for private events, corporate functions, weddings, social gatherings, and special occasions within one of the nation's top-ranked zoological attractions.

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating Food and Beverage Sales, managing client relationships, coordinating event details, and driving catering revenue growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the planning process from initial inquiry to event execution while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
