Leoforce is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to oversee hospital-based operations, drive discharge planning improvements, and lead a high-performing team. This role offers executive exposure and the opportunity to influence patient experience within a stable hospital setting.

The Director will mentor staff, manage utilization initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
