Jackson College seeks a Director of Career and Professional Achievement to provide institution-wide leadership for the career and professional achievement strategy, moving career development to an integrated, high-touch learning experience embedded from recruitment through completion, transfer, employment, and career advancement.

The Director leads the Jets Career Achievement Center and ensures every student connects a Jackson College education to a meaningful next step.

Responsibilities

• Provide institution-wide leadership for career and professional achievement strategy.
• Lead the Jets Career Achievement Center and integrate services across campus.
• Design, approve, and scale a required one-credit Career Essentials course for all degree- and certificate-seeking students.
• Oversee career coaching, employer engagement, internships, apprenticeships, and work-based learning.
• Establish priorities, standards, budgets, and performance measures for the career center.
• Develop employer partnerships and coordinate with transfer partners to support student outcomes.
