Barnard College is seeking a Director of Advising and Programs reporting to the Executive Director of Beyond Barnard. You will set the strategy and oversee events, services, and resources supporting students and alumnae in career development and graduate opportunities.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least seven years of related experience in higher education, with preference for doctoral credentials and prior staff leadership. Salary range: 105,000–113,000 USD.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience, preferably in higher education.
• Doctoral degree preferred for advanced advisory leadership.
• Experience managing professional staff is a plus.

• Hire, train, and manage Advising & Programs staff.
• Lead cross-campus collaboration to design programming and resources.
• Oversee career advising resources via Barnard platforms and partners.
• Plan and deliver workshops, events, and webinars for students and alumnae.
• Develop partnerships with campus and external stakeholders.
