  • Master’s degree required.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive management experience in higher education or comparable program leadership.
  • Proven expertise in fiscal oversight, budgeting, revenue forecasting and financial modeling.
  • Experience designing, launching and scaling programs in on‑ground and online modalities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional leadership and management for Barnard|Next’s team.
  • Drive strategic direction and multi‑year planning for credit and non‑credit offerings.
  • Develop partnerships, MOUs and external collaborations to expand offerings.
  • Oversee budgets, pricing, and revenue modeling across programs.
  • Lead governance, risk management and program quality initiatives.
