Job summary

HRW Companies, LLC is seeking a Director of Care in Missouri to lead resident care, ensuring safety and addressing medical, emotional, and personal needs with strong leadership and customer service. The Director will work with administration, supervise staff, oversee medications and vital signs, and coordinate with providers to meet residents' individual needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the administrator and monitor daily tasks for accuracy.
• Provide training and direction to staff per facility policy.
• Administer medications and obtain vital signs.
• Ensure resident safety with face checks and oversight.
• Assist with personal care needs and charting.
• Interact with residents to address needs and desires.
• Report changes in health and behavior to appropriate providers.
• Coordinate care with external resources and handle on-call duties.

The candidates will work to help provide quality resident care by assuring residents’ safety, physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs are met using excellent leadership and customer service skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work alongside the administrator
• monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy
• provide training and direction to all staff in accordance with facility policy
• administer medications
• obtain weights and vital signs
• face checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safety
• assist with personal care needs
• chart
