Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Minimum of 4 years of people leadership; experience leading leaders of leaders.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies with measurable results.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning internal/ external partners.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Budgeting, vendor management, and financial performance experience.
• Regulatory and compliance requirements (FDA, HIPAA) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, patient-focused call center team grounded in Our Credo.
• Oversee patient support operations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Build strategic partnerships across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and vendors.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Drive innovation using data and AI-enabled capabilities to improve CX and ops.
