Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries required.
Minimum of 4 years of people leadership experience required, including building high-performing teams and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing patient support call center team grounded in accountability and Our Credo.
Oversee patient support operations, performance management, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute strategies aligned with business priorities and customer needs; annual planning, performance monitoring.
Build strategic partnerships across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and treatment centers.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
