Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) seeks a Director of Capital Markets & Structured Finance to lead financing strategy for data center and infrastructure initiatives.

You will manage complex transactions from strategy through closing, collaborating with Legal, Tax, Accounting and business leaders to optimize capital structure and funding opportunities. You will build credible relationships with banks and investors, develop robust financial models, and advise senior leadership on market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Experience with capital markets and financing structures for large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute project finance transactions for AMD's data center and infrastructure programs.
• Lead equipment financing including lease structures and secured facilities.
• Execute investment-grade debt transactions: bonds, term loans, revolvers.
• Own transaction strategy, diligence, documentation, approvals, closing timelines.
• Build relationships with lenders, investors, sponsors, and rating agencies.
• Develop financial models and credit analyses to support approvals.
• Advise Treasury leadership on market conditions, timing, and capital allocation.
