Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance GOQ lead for AMD’s New business model.
• Engage/Lead core finance processes including Long-range planning, Annual Operating Plans, and intra-quarter Outlooks.
• Perform financial analysis and provide decision analysis support for programs and special projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Corporate FP&A, Accounting, BU finance, and Global Operations and Quality Unit.
• Prepare and disseminate timely and accurate financial information to allow planning, forecasting, and decision-making with controlled data.
• Take ownership of ongoing reports providing validation and documentation to business partners.
• Perform scenario analysis and planning for decisions and approvals (e.g. contract amortization, gross margin analysis, cash forecast).
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement to existing processes and cadence.
• Assist in providing valuable management decision support, driving key business goals, identifying major trends and related issues.
