Job summary

The role requires a master’s degree in higher education or a related field and 2–5 years in event planning, marketing, and student programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in higher education or related field.
• 2-5 years of event planning and execution experience.
• Experience supporting marketing, communications, or outreach for student programs.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital tools for promotion.
• Ability to create content (posts, flyers, announcements) aligned with branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead Campus Life infrastructure design, implementation, and improvement.
• Oversee student clubs, policy, chartering, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with campus departments on policies for spaces, events, and engagement.
• Develop marketing campaigns and manage internal communications channels.
• Supervise staff and budget; assess program impact and student engagement metrics.
