Compass Group USA is seeking a dynamic Director of Dining Services to lead our education account in the Milwaukee area. You will steer strategic planning, drive operational excellence, and ensure top-notch dining experiences for students and staff.

The role combines leadership, financial accountability, and client relationship management to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include mentoring frontline teams, managing budgets, and upholding safety and quality standards across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Services/Management/Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of frontline associates.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the organization.
• Own the annual budget and control costs optimally.
