The Director of Business Operations oversees SAP IMS1 and JSP development, coordinating across Finance, Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field with 15+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 13+ years.
• 10–15 years leading business process ownership and transformation across cross-functional organizations.
• 10–15 years ERP experience, with IMS1 oversight, management, and issue resolution.
• Experience developing and coordinating executive plans, roadmaps, or JSP‑related deliverables.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process ownership and transformation efforts to improve operating rhythm and accountability.
• Provide SAP IMS1 oversight, issue resolution, reporting discipline, and alignment of system use to leadership requirements.
• Lead Joint Strategic Planning (JSP) development, coordinate cross-functional contributions, and maintain an actionable plan that supports business objectives.
• Establish, monitor, and improve team key results and balanced scorecard measures to drive consistent performance management.
• Use the monthly business review as the main review and accountability vehicle for tracking progress, surfacing risks, and driving follow-through.
• Lead strategic projects and executive initiatives that require cross-functional coordination, structured follow-up, and timely decision support.
• Support leadership communications, meeting cadences, decision capture, action tracking, and other chief of staff responsibilities needed to keep the organization aligned and executing.
