Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and support the development of robust supply chain strategies for Maritime Integrated Systems & Encryption across Camden, NJ and Fall River, MA programs.

The SCPM collaborates with IPT members and Supply Chain Director to drive program execution, risk management, and ongoing improvements across the product lifecycle. Strong communication and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Supply Chain experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• 4-10 years’ experience with MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other IPT functions for key Products/Programs
• Support the Supply Chain Director with reporting and analysis
• Support the lead SCPM with development and execution of Supply Chain strategies and actions to support full Program lifecycle
• Assist Program Finance in rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short-Term Forecast, EAC and ETC
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify challenge areas
• Develop and Manage Supply Chain Risks & Opportunities
• Work with Supply Chain team to develop and support the strategic supplier relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively to internal executive leadership as well as operations management both written and verbally
• Ability to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches to achieve business objectives
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.
