About the role

· Title: Director of Business Operations

· Function: Sales & Business Development

· Reporting: CBO

· Location: USA

What you’ll do

  • Sales Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes to ensure efficiency and adaptability to market demands.
  • Sales Technology Management: Oversee CRM systems and BI tools, ensuring effective implementation and business performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to generate actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Business Operations teams to scale and optimize performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to forecasting, business sales, and resource allocation to drive long-term growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations roles, preferably in a high-growth tech environment or startup.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for global cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and Business Intelligence (BI) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage a global team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, driving operational improvements.
