Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking a skilled Business Development Director to drive new business from Private Assets clients, including private equity, private real estate and private credit. You will report to the principal – Business Development and carry revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating opportunities, expanding relationships with audit, tax and legal advisers, attending industry events, and tracking market changes to inform outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years selling Fund Administration services.
• Proven ability to leverage a network of industry relationships and influencers.
• Strong knowledge of Private Assets including PE, real estate and credit.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for Gen II through opportunities with Private Assets clients.
• Identify opportunities to sell administration services to private markets.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry centers of influence and advisors.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships.
• Monitor market developments and translate them into firm opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
