Job summary

Molex is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead and grow our Business Development team within the Optical Connectivity Group, responsible for setting strategy and driving sustainable growth.

You will coach a team, partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, and engage directly with customers to create value for Molex. The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $230,000 per year, with eligibility for variable pay.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing business development or sales teams.
• Experience creating and executing growth strategies in a B2B environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customers.
