Responsibilities include guiding a team, removing obstacles, and shaping messaging using data-driven insights while aligning with Select Medical's standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare business development supervision role.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Clinician license preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance reimbursement and regulations desirable.
• Proven success in team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the field team to build strong hospital relationships with leaders.
• Oversee Clinical Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators to nurture physician and discharge-planner partnerships.
• Strategize admissions with hospital directors/CEOs and streamline processes.
• Develop messaging and use data to guide best practices.
