Job summary

Flatwater Trading seeks an experienced Senior Federal Business Development leader to drive growth in government contracting. You will develop and execute strategies for lead generation, capture, and pricing, while guiding the business development team to align with policies and goals.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of the Federal Government and FAR, strong communication, and the ability to navigate remote work arrangements from DC or Omaha, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with the Federal Government and federal acquisition regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of successful business development experience.
• Remote modality considered; candidates in DC or Omaha preferred.
• Travel required during the business day and overnight.
• Strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
