Veryable Inc. seeks a Director of Business Development Associate (DoBD) for the Charlotte market to drive business development, account retention, and revenue growth through persistence, drive, and effective communication of Veryable's technology.

The role reports to the GM, Charlotte Market and collaborates with a small team to deliver maximum value locally. In-office presence is required; remote candidates will not be considered.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years direct experience in logistics, supply chain or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to learn lean/operational concepts and apply them to client discussions.
• Proven track record coaching and mentoring others and driving growth.

Aufgaben

• Promote and uphold company values, reputation, and culture.
• Conduct site visits with plant and warehouse leaders to build strategic accounts and partnerships.
• Present to potential clients and demonstrate the value of Veryable's platform.
• Create roadmaps to onboard clients and establish success benchmarks.
• Develop target lists and maintain client relationships via cold calls, email, and social media.
• Manage CRM (HubSpot) and scale client outreach.
• Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot to manage the BD process.
• Maintain compliance with operational and BD metrics.
• Research market trends and tailor approach to stay competitive.
• Provide product-market feedback to product management.
• Collaborate with regional team to grow Charlotte footprint.
