The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in selling professional services and a proven ability to manage substantial client accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and integrity in all dealings.

The Director of Business Development owns the journey from first conversation to signed SOW and ongoing account growth. You will bring net‑new clients to BabyBots, position us as a trusted transformation partner, and expand relationships into multi‑year programs.
