Base pay range

$77,000.00/yr - $105,100.00/yr

Location:

Must be located in a Midwestern or Western state to support travel in this region

Travel:

2-3 times per month for 2-3 days at a time to attend meetings and events

Essential Duties And Responsibilities For Sales
  1. Develop and execute a plan to accomplish quarterly goals for retention and new business growth.
  2. Research and maintain account demographics for affiliate, acquiring growth organizations, and hospice organizations.
  3. Manage incoming leads as assigned.
  4. Collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialist for lead development through transition to implementation.
  5. Coordinate response to RFP requests for new business or existing clients in assigned territories as assigned by SVP.
  6. Increase revenue through effective management of account development activities from lead development through contracting and implementation, including prospecting, cold/warm calling, email communication, social media, business letters, follow-ups, and engagement at industry events.
  7. Create and execute plans in collaboration with account management for re-contracting with clients nearing the end of existing agreements and for exploring new sales opportunities.
  8. Maintain prospect account demographics in Salesforce and document all stages of the sales cycle.
  9. Achieve and surpass assigned census targets.
  10. Model and educate team members on best practices in prospecting and sales activities.
  11. Provide regular reports on goal attainment, client meetings, sales cycle data, and other metrics.
  12. Attend state, regional, and national meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to educate hospice staff about Enclara Pharmacia’s offerings.
  • High energy, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Mentoring skills for sales and business development tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 3 days/week.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work from a home office.
Education And/or Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • Experience in sales or healthcare with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • CRM platform knowledge required.

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. Actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other factors.

$77,000 - $105,100 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan based on performance.
