Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Account Director in Business Development, focusing on Real-world Evidence (RWE) and Non-interventional Studies (NIS). This remote role offers the opportunity to work with top scientific experts and drive growth in the RWE field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business and expanding client relationships within pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
  • Creating strategic account plans and defining engagement priorities.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and sharing industry insights.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to promote PPD’s products and services.
  • Supporting proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in selling real-world solutions to healthcare clients.
  • Understanding of drug development and biopharma priorities.
  • Experience with Challenger Sales Model preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of RWE/RWD trends.
  • Proven sales lead development and negotiation skills.
