Base pay range

$77,000.00/yr - $105,100.00/yr

Location and Travel

Must be located in a Midwestern or Western state to support travel in this region.

Travel: 2-3 times per month for 2-3 days to attend meetings and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to meet quarterly goals for retention and new business growth.
  • Research and maintain account demographics for affiliate, acquiring growth, and hospice organizations.
  • Manage incoming leads and collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialist for lead development and transition to implementation.
  • Respond to RFPs for new business or existing clients in assigned territories.
  • Increase revenue through effective account management, prospecting, and sales activities, including cold/warm calling, emailing, social media, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate re-contracting and new sales opportunities with account management.
  • Maintain prospect account data in Salesforce and document all sales cycle stages.
  • Achieve and surpass census targets.
  • Model and mentor best practices in sales and business development.
  • Provide regular reports on goal attainment, client contacts, and sales data.
  • Attend meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to educate hospice staff on Enclara Pharmacia offerings.
  • High energy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor team members and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 3 days/week.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proven sales or healthcare industry experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • CRM platform knowledge required.

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary: $77,000 - $105,100, with potential commission incentives based on performance.
