Position Summary
We’re seeking an elite
Director of Business Development to spearhead national growth across healthcare, luxury residential, and hospitality verticals. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll
own the full sales cycle—from identifying and nurturing prospects to closing high-value contracts—and collaborate directly with company officers to shape FC Parking’s next stage of expansion.

- Drive Growth: Develop and execute a national strategy to grow revenue across key verticals.
- Own the Pipeline: Build and manage a qualified pipeline using outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, partnerships, and event networking. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and industry events. Including monitoring of government contract RFP announcements.
- Master the Sale: Organize and assist with the RFP responses, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Align pipeline goals with company objectives alongside the executive team.
- Expand Relationships: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with hospital administrators, property managers, developers, and hospitality leaders.
- Represent the Brand: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand brand awareness and networks.
- Leverage Technology: Maintain detailed forecasting and reporting in HubSpot CRM and any other IT tools needed.
Sales KPIs
- Annual New Revenue Target: $3–5M+
- Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain an active qualified pipeline of $10M+
- Sales Cycle Time: Average 90–150 days, depending on the vertical
- Close Rate: Target 35%+ on qualified proposals
- Client Retention Support: Partner with operations to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
- Bonus & Incentives: Performance-based bonus tied to closed deals, with total comp potential exceeding $250,000+
- Milestone Bonuses: Bonuses for key achievements, securing a high-value client (e.g., a hospital or luxury hotel), and hitting quarterly proposal targets.
- Pipeline Incentives: Consistent pipeline activity bonuses

- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or client acquisition in the parking industry. Experience in a parallel or complementary industry will be considered for the right individual.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch and close complex, multi-site or multi-year service agreements.
- Strong financial and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience responding to private and public sector RFPs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Willingness to travel 25–40% as needed for prospect meetings, presentations, and site visits.
