We are seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to join our remote team and help drive the growth of our personal growth platform. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead digital outreach, conduct client calls, and support new client onboarding—all while representing a brand rooted in purpose, growth, and transformation.

This is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building genuine relationships, and is motivated by performance and results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage prospective clients through email, social media, and direct outreach
  • Conduct initial interviews to qualify leads and assess alignment
  • Provide high-touch support during new client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records and manage ongoing follow-ups
  • Participate in weekly virtual trainings and global team calls

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up habits
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with tools like CRM platforms and online schedulers
  • Marketing or outreach experience (social media, email, or content) preferred
