Marvin is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead strategy, design, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits across a multi-location manufacturing organization. This role oversees health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing, and leave programs, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, operations, and vendors to enhance the employee experience and manage costs.

The position includes oversight of an onsite health clinic in Warroad, MN, and a relocation package to support

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits or total rewards.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing benefits teams and programs.
• Experience with self-funded and fully insured health plans.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare, retirement, welfare, leave, and wellbeing programs.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, carriers, and healthcare partners.
• Strong financial, analytical, project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports talent attraction and retention.
• Oversee administration of health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leave, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Lead annual enrollment strategy, communication, and implementation.
• Manage vendor, broker, consultant, carrier, and third-party administrator relationships.
• Provide oversight of the onsite employee health clinic in Warroad, Minnesota.
• Monitor costs, claims trends, utilization, and population health metrics to optimize value.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, Medicare, and retirement regulations.
• Partner with legal on compliance, plan documentation, audits, reporting, and filings.
• Develop benefits communication and education strategies to improve understanding and access.
• Lead, coach, and develop the benefits team across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Safety, Operations, leadership.
