Job summary

Responsibilities include managing health, retirement, and wellness plans, negotiating with brokers and carriers, and overseeing open enrollment while ensuring accurate data and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• CEBS, CBP, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and TPA for renewals and operations.
• Manage annual Open Enrollment: systems setup, communications, sessions.
