Job summary

REVELxp, LLC. is seeking a Director of Benefits and HRIS to lead our benefits programs and HRIS operations for ~280 full-time staff plus seasonal roles. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Finance, Legal and HR to optimize people processes.

The role requires strong operational discipline, technical HRIS expertise, and a high attention to detail, reporting to the Senior VP of HR. In-office position in Winston-Salem, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, finance, or accounting.
• 8–12+ years of progressive benefits and HR operations experience.
• Significant multi-state benefits/HR operations exposure.
• Experience with major HRIS systems (Paylocity/Workday/UKG/ADP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, leave, and related programs.
• Manage brokers, carriers, and vendors; annual rate setting and files.
• Lead benefits planning, enrollment, communications, and implementation.
• Ensure accurate eligibility, enrollment, deductions, and billing in HRIS.
• Act as 401(k) administrator; support audits and distributions.
• Support payroll policies and regulatory compliance in partnership with Finance.
