Job summary

REVELxp is seeking a Director of Benefits and HRIS to lead our benefits programs, HRIS operations, and compliance for a 280+ employee organization with seasonal staff. You will manage health and welfare, retirement programs, leave processes, and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate, timely administration and strong employee experience.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of HR, you will partner with Finance, Legal, and HR colleagues to optimize benefits and maintain regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years of progressive benefits and HR ops experience.
• Experience managing benefits programs, vendors and renewals.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity, Workday, UKG, ADP, or others).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and benefits regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• CEBS or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave programs.
• Manage brokers and carriers; set annual rates and files.
• Lead benefits planning, open enrollment and communications.
• Ensure eligibility, enrollment, deductions, and billing accuracy.
• Oversee 401(k) plan administration and compliance.
• Support HRIS administration and payroll policy alignment.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regs (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, FLSA).
