Job summary

REVELxp, based in Blacksburg, VA, seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the Rhino Sports division with administrative duties, HR tasks, and client management while upholding a high level of professionalism.

You will support staff, manage office resources, coordinate schedules, and help with onboarding and recordkeeping in a dynamic event-driven environment. This role reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and client relationships
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events
• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure organization
• Assist with staff recruitment, human resources, and basic account management tasks
• Assist the General Manager & Assistant General Manager to build, maintain, and nourish constructive relationships with clients; identify and grow new business relationships
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, time tracking, and recordkeeping
• Other duties as assigned
