Job summary

You will supervise, train, and coordinate TRCs, nursing, and site staff across multiple supportive housing sites. The position requires LICSW in MA, an MSW, and 2–3 years post-licensure clinical experience with older or diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years post-licensure clinical experience with older adults or culturally diverse populations.
• Experience supervising trainees (MSW/BSW interns).
• Meets university requirements to serve as an MSW field instructor (CSWE-accredited program).
• Strong clinical judgment for triage, risk assessment, and routing across complex presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight, risk assessment, and case consultation for residents with complex needs.
• Own BSHC's clinical routing rules and ensure correct discipline-specific responses.
• Supervise PM+ program and oversee fidelity, including certifications and quarterly reviews.
• Develop training materials and supervise interns across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, case management, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Ensure services are culturally and linguistically responsive for a diverse resident population.
