Job summary

Cumberland County Guidance Center in Millville, New Jersey seeks a Full-Time Director of Clinical Care Systems Operations to lead outpatient and Community Support Services (CSS) programs. You will oversee clinical and operational performance, drive evidence-based treatment, and support staff development as part of the leadership team.

The role requires ensuring program quality, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with executives to advance agency goals in a nonprofit provider setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current New Jersey LCSW license required.
• CCS credential or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• Minimum two years of leadership in behavioral health; five years of clinical experience with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for outpatient and community-based behavioral health programs.
• Supervise program directors, managers, supervisors, and clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and leadership support.
• Review treatment planning processes and client engagement strategies.
• Support implementation of evidence-based and recovery-oriented practices.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to best practices in behavioral healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support agency goals and strategic initiatives.
