Job summary

Community Options ND seeks a Director of Services to oversee daily operations of Behavioral Health Services in the region, ensuring programs meet regulatory standards and client needs. The role collaborates with the Operations Officer, leads staff, and builds partnerships with agencies and the community.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, plus supervisory experience and a valid driver's license; travel to surrounding regions is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business or related field; if degree not required, two years’ related supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to travel to surrounding regions as needed.
• Pass background check, drug screening, and pre-employment approvals.
• Experience leading teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Behavioral Health Services in the region.
• Lead and motivate staff; ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partnering agencies and the community.
• Collaborate with Operations Officer to run department smoothly.
