About the Role

This is not just a sales job. This is a role for someone with a strategic mindset, a high tolerance for challenge, and the drive to help build something from the ground up. As the Director of B2B Growth & Strategic Global Distribution Liaison for PowerV, you’ll be responsible for two things

  • Leading national B2B expansion into med spas, clinics, and premium retailers across the U.S.
  • Researching and initiating strategic global distributor relationships to prepare for our international launch.
  • This is a 1099 role—ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in unstructured environments and knows how to create clarity through action.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to move clean, high-performance beauty products into the right hands—clinics, med spas, aesthetic retailers, and international distributors who expect excellence.

Distribution Focused Sales Objective

As part of this role, your primary target will be to help PowerV reach $1 million in distributor-based revenue by the end of 2026. This includes both domestic (U.S.) retail distributors and international partners across key markets like the UAE, UK, and EU.

We are not pursuing a bottom-up strategy. We are building PowerV with intention—from the top down. That means we are actively seeking alignment with established, high-integrity distributors who understand clinical-grade clean skincare and can scale our brand through the right channels.

In 2025, our primary focus will be on building national sales partnerships—specifically with U.S.-based med spas, dermatology clinics, and clean beauty retailers. This will be the foundation for global expansion in 2026.

Beginning of 2026 Your job will be to:

  • Identify and pitch to top-tier distributors, not just stockists
  • Build and maintain relationships with accounts capable of $100K–$250K in annual wholesale volume
  • Help prepare and refine the regulatory and commercial groundwork needed for each regional partnership
  • Strategically prioritize 4–7 distributors that will anchor our first year of scale—across both national retail and international markets
  • These will be high-quality, high-integrity partnerships—not volume for volume’s sake. We will not pursue a bottom-up strategy. We're building PowerV with intention, and we are willing to do whatever it takes—refining assets, regulatory readiness, exclusive support—to earn our place with the best in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive direct outreach to med spas, dermatology clinics, aesthetic retailers, and clean beauty buyers across the U.S.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential international distributors across regions like the UAE, UK, EU, and Canada
  • Study regulatory requirements and market dynamics across key regions (you don't need to be an expert, but you must be willing to learn fast)
  • Represent the brand with clarity and confidence—PowerV is science-led, clean, and results-focused
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on market entry strategy, pitch structure, and positioning
  • Create light-touch documentation to support distribution onboarding, pricing logic, and B2B materials
  • Adapt, pivot, and problem-solve as we face real-world complexities in expanding across cultures and regulations
  • Contribute to the long-term B2B growth strategy and advise on scalable partnership models as we grow

  • Is comfortable building while flying—this year will be scrappy, lean, and foundational
  • Has absolute certainty in their ability to deliver value—and who seeks roles that stretch them personally and professionally
  • Understands that this role is for a builder, not a playbook-follower
