Overview

The Strategy Deployment Senior Analyst 3 initiates the implementation of defined programs by managing execution, maintaining governance, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. This position builds credibility across teams through strong ownership and delivery.

What you will be doing

1. Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
2. Develop initiative frameworks, roadmaps, and performance tracking tools
3. Partner with business leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities
4. Manage OKRs, KPIs, and other performance metrics for key initiatives
5. Synthesize initiative progress and insights into executive-ready reporting
6. Identify and escalate systematic execution risks, dependencies, or misalignments
7. Coach initiative leads and team members on execution best practices
8. Support evolution of the strategy deployment operating model
9. Conduct post-initiative reviews to assess business impact and lessons learned
10. Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities
