Overview
The Strategy Deployment Senior Analyst 3 initiates the implementation of defined programs by managing execution, maintaining governance, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. This position builds credibility across teams through strong ownership and delivery.
What you will be doing
- Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Develop initiative frameworks, roadmaps, and performance tracking tools
- Partner with business leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities
- Manage OKRs, KPIs, and other performance metrics for key initiatives
- Synthesize initiative progress and insights into executive-ready reporting
- Identify and escalate systematic execution risks, dependencies, or misalignments
- Coach initiative leads and team members on execution best practices
- Support evolution of the strategy deployment operating model
- Conduct post-initiative reviews to assess business impact and lessons learned
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in strategy consulting, business operations, or PMO roles
- Strong ability to execute cross-functional programs or business planning processes
- Experience in change management
- Cross-functional experience includes product, finance, and GTM market teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; professional demeanor
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Collaboration skills within teams and across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Facilitation and project management skills
- Interpersonal skills to maintain rapport and professionalism
- Data gathering, interviewing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize data into insights and executive materials
- Influence without authority
- Connecting high-level strategy to daily operations
- Original thinking for implementing new ideas and solutions
- Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of systems administration, data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, statistical software)
- Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft operating systems
- Subject matter expertise in functional area
- Up to 5% travel required
- Salary range: $108,000 - $135,000; eligible for benefits
