Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in process automation, design, and project delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and matrixed organization experience.
• GMP/pharma process automation knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement vision and strategy for the Automation Group.
• Drive lifecycle management of automated systems.
• Lead automation projects across design, procurement, and qualification.
• Provide technical leadership across manufacturing and regulatory interfaces.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and financial performance goals are met.
