Job summary

You will lead reliability improvements, OEE optimization, CAPA effectiveness, and change control execution while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Validation and Operations to deliver sustainable gains. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years leadership in manufacturing/packaging.
• Experience leading CAPAs, deviations, change controls and investigations.
• Experience supporting automation projects or manufacturing technology deployment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own packaging performance metrics including throughput, downtime, OEE, labor efficiency, and quality.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve packaging efficiency, reliability, quality and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and problem‑solving methods.
• Oversee CAPAs, deviations, and change controls for timely, effective improvements.
• Partner with Engineering/Maintenance to implement automation and reliability projects.
• Use data trends to identify optimization and defect reduction opportunities.
• Support investigations related to performance, deviations and disruptions.
• Develop and maintain packaging dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Collaborate across functions to execute strategic improvements.
