Formación

• Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supervising employees, interns, or student workers.
• Ability to work with a diverse group and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and ability to apply them.
• Valid driver’s license, with willingness to perform MVR checks.
• CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Lead game-day operations for 22 varsity sports and 200+ annual events.
• Oversee staff hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, ticketing, donor relations, and partners.
• Ensure safety, fan conduct, and emergency response planning.
