Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Director of Engagement to lead the associate experience, recognition, inclusion, and corporate workplace initiatives. This role oversees office operations, budgets, and vendor relationships across markets while driving engagement and culture aligned with RPM's values.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with senior leaders, and ensure communications support engagement goals and organizational change across corporate and regional offices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and evaluating culture and engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated associate experience strategy across engagement and office operations.
• Translate feedback into insights and hold leaders accountable.
• Develop recognition, inclusion, ERG, and volunteer programs.
• Provide tools to leaders to engage and connect teams.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and office operations.
