Job Description
  • Build and lead a dedicated asset management function, establishing processes, reporting cadence, tools, and organizational structure.

  • Lead monthly portfolio NOI reviews covering budget and underwriting variances, occupancy, expense ratios, and cash positions.
  • Track lease-up performance across major assets and provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership.
  • Own the transition from development underwriting to operations, identifying and addressing material variances between projections and actual results.
  • Lead annual property budget reviews and identify opportunities to optimize real estate taxes, insurance, expense recoveries, and operating performance.

Why You Will Love Working Here

This is an opportunity to build rather than simply inherit an asset management function. You'll have meaningful influence over portfolio strategy, investor relationships, refinancing decisions, dispositions, and long-term asset performance while partnering directly with executive leadership. Our culture values partnership, innovation, sincerity, stewardship, collaboration, and people who want their work to generate strong investment results while positively impacting communities.
