Job summary

Gategroup Holding is seeking an accomplished Assembly leadership role in New York to oversee structured, lean processes across Wash & Pack, Make & Pack, and Pick & Pack. You will drive proactive labour planning in collaboration with the Supply Chain and ensure quality and safety standards across HACCP and customer specs.

The role requires strong people management, coaching and performance culture to continually develop the Assembly leadership team and deliver improved productivity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in coordinating multiple assembly/production areas.
• Proactive coaching and feedback to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Assembly: Wash & Pack, Make & Pack, Pick & Pack.
• Optimize structure, processes, and workstations.
• Proactive short/medium term labour planning with Supply Chain.
• Ensure HACCP and customer specs compliance.
• Develop Assembly leadership through coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Drive cross-training and skills matrix for rosters and planning.
• Coordinate with other units for optimal service and output.
• Promote continuous improvement and CI programs.
