Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead a day-shift team of about 10 in Franklin, NH. You will drive daily production, uphold safety and quality, and partner with scheduling, inventory and logistics to meet on-time goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, onboarding, Lean/5S initiatives, and ERP-based KPI tracking. Strong leadership, prior manufacturing supervision, and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Onsite, first shift, 5 days per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate a manufacturing facility daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor leadership to ensure productivity, communication, and safety.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of new hires.
• Schedule daily production, assign tasks, and monitor progress toward targets.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve associate relations issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, inspections, and incident reviews.
• Work with scheduling, inventory, and logistics to meet on-time delivery.
