Vantage Realty is hiring its first Director of AI — a role that blends technology, real estate operations, and teaching. You will build AI workflows, templates, and training to help agents write and use AI effectively in listings, CMAs, and marketing.

You’ll pilot AI tools, ensure on-brand content, and measure productivity gains across the brokerage. The role emphasizes practical impact over credentials, with a hybrid/work-in-office preference in San Francisco.

About the Role

Vantage Realty is hiring our first-ever Director of AI — a new role built to help our agents work smarter, close faster, and deliver a sharper client experience using AI tools. This isn't an engineering job and it isn't a marketing job — it's both, plus a healthy dose of teaching. You'll build the systems, templates, and workflows that let our agents use AI well, and you'll be the person they come to when they're stuck, skeptical, or just don't know where to start.

If you've ever been the unofficial "AI person" on a team — the one people ask "hey, can you help me get ChatGPT to write this?" — this role is that job, formalized, funded, and given real scope.

What You'll Do

• Build repeatable AI workflows for the things agents do constantly: listing presentations, CMAs, marketing plans, outreach campaigns, buyer/seller communications, and social content
• Create and maintain a prompt/template library so good AI use isn't reinvented by every agent from scratch
• Train agents — individually and in group sessions — on how to use AI tools effectively, including agents who are skeptical or unfamiliar with the technology
• Evaluate and pilot new AI products (listing tools, CRM AI features, transaction coordination tools, marketing platforms) and make recommendations on what the brokerage should adopt
• Partner with marketing and ops to make sure AI-assisted content stays on-brand, accurate, and compliant with real estate advertising and fair housing regulations
• Measure impact — track adoption, time saved, and any measurable effect on listing performance or agent productivity
• Stay current on the fast-moving AI landscape and bring back what's actually useful, filtering out the hype

What We're Looking For

• Direct experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows inside a real business — real estate, PropTech, marketing agency, or similar is a strong plus, but not strictly required if you can show real work
• Comfort with a range of AI tools (LLMs like ChatGPT/Claude, image and video generation tools, automation platforms like Zapier/Make) and the judgment to know which tool fits which problem
• Strong written communication — you'll be creating templates and training material agents will use directly
• Patience and clarity as a teacher — this role only works if agents actually adopt what you build
• Some familiarity with real estate operations, marketing, or transactions is a big advantage (or genuine willingness to learn the business fast)
• Bonus: experience with prompt engineering, no-code automation, or building internal tools/dashboards

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• A working library of AI-assisted templates for listing presentations, CMAs, and marketing plans that agents actually use
• A trained, confident agent base — including your least tech-comfortable producers
• At least one or two AI tools evaluated, piloted, and either adopted brokerage-wide or clearly ruled out
• A measurable reduction in time agents spend on repetitive marketing/prep work

We’re less interested in AI credentials and more interested in evidence you can build something people actually use.
