Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience; aquatics coordinator or supervisor.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid and Emergency Oxygen and current YMCA Lifeguard or equivalent within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of YMCA Aquatic certifications.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups from all social and economic segments of the community.
• Completes Praesidium within 7 days of hire date.
• Previous experience with diverse populations preferred.
• Understands the YMCA is a public accommodation and ADA compliant.
