Job summary

YMCA is seeking an experienced aquatic programs supervisor to develop, organize and implement high-quality YMCA aquatic activities for members and the community. The role emphasizes youth development, healthy living and social responsibility through engaging water-based programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in related roles, with leadership experience and an associates degree preferred; a HS diploma or GED with relevant experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; in lieu of degree, HS diploma/GED plus 2–3 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required.
• 3 years supervisory/leadership experience preferred (e.g., head Lifeguard, aquatics coordinator).
